§ Mr. John FraserI understand that the Director General of Fair Trading proposes as hitherto to publish in his report for 1976, which he is statutorily required to make to my right hon. Friend as soon as practicable after the end of the calendar year, an analysis of consumer complaints he has received from local authorities and other reporting agencies. However, the Director General and his staff do not normally investigate or adjudicate on complaints from individual consumers.
