§ Mr. Rookerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) how many registered unemployed persons were receiving neither unemployment benefit nor supplementary benefit in November 1976; and what percentage this figure was of total registered unemployed;
(2) if he will publish his estimates of the various categories of persons included in the total of registered unemployed who do not receive any unemployment or supplementary benefit.
