§ Mr. Clemitsonasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer when he expects that the Convention between Her Majesty's Government and the Government of the United States of America on double taxation signed on 31st December 1975 will be ratified.
§ Mr. Denzil DaviesThe two orders in question will be debated in this House on 12th January. The proposed new Convention cannot, of course, enter into force until ratification processes have been completed in both countries.
