Mr. Mastenasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether, in view of the statement 714W by the Lord President of the Council, Official Report, 3rd February, c. 751, he will give an assurance that no decisions on the Euro-passport will be taken before the matter has been debated in the House.
§ Mr. JuddMy right hon. Friend the Leader of the House told the House on 3rd February that he recognised that the uniform EEC passport was a matter which the House would wish to debate. I agree. The date of that debate must, of course, be a matter for the Leader of the House.
