§ Mr. EnnalsI have no such intention. The provision of cars and allowances under the scheme will continue, for existing beneficiaries and new claimants alike. In addition, the mobility allowance pro-456W vides, for eligible war pensioners, the choice of a new and alternative benefit which may be of advantage to some of them. But there is no obligation on any war pensioner to make a change if he does not wish to do so. I have recently written to all existing beneficiaries assuring them that the scheme will continue.
