§ Mr. MarksThe cleaning contract stipulates that the windows shall be cleaned once every six weeks. The dates when they were last cleaned are
Ground Floor—week beginning 17th January, 1977;Principal Floor—week beginning 27th December 1976;Committee Room Floor—week commencing 7th February 1977;Second Floor—week commencing 13th January 1977.The delay in cleaning windows on the Principal Floor was caused by the diversion of men to deal with individual complaints elsewhere in the Palace, after a spell of particularly bad weather. The 320W windows on this Floor will be cleaned this week.
