(2) how many copies of each of the following newspapers are purchased every week by his Department in order to keep him and his senior civil servants informed on Scottish affairs: the Sunday Post, the Sunday Mail and the Scottish Sunday Express.
§ Mr. John SmithTwo copies ofThe Scotsman, the Glasgow Herald and the Daily Record are purchased by the Privy Council Office. There are also standing arrangements whereby relevant material from the other newspapers mentioned is available.
