Mr. Grylls

asked the Secretary of State for Industry if he will publish details of the progress on the first five phases of the C6 programme as specified in the 5th January 1976 Agreement between Chrysler UK Ltd. and the Government Clause 9, Sub-Clause 1; and in accordance with Clause 9, Sub-Clause 2 if he will make a statement on the financing and implementation of this programme.
