asked the Secretary of State for Defence what reductions are to be made in the strength and squadron numbers of the RAF Regiment as a result of the Government's defence cuts since 1974.

The reduced commitments resulting from the defence review have enabled the size of the RAF Regiment to be cut by two squadrons.
