§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsA series of eight one-Jay regional meetings to discuss educational matters begins on Friday with a conference in Newcastle. As my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister said in the answers given on 8th February to the hon. Members for Macclesfield (Mr. Winterton) and Carshalton (Mr. Forman), a Green Paper outlining the Government's proposals will be published during the summer.
