§ Mr. Clinton DavisAs announced on 3rd February, we expect to bring Sections 24 to 27, disclosure of interests in shares, into operation on 18th April. I am unable to elaborate at this stage on arrangements for exemptions under Section 27(9), as consultations with the Bank of England are not yet complete.
