§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisAppointments to the new Pay Research Unit Board will be announced as soon as possible. The terms of reference of the Board and of the Director of the Pay Research Unit, together with details of the agreement with the National Staff Side on pay research procedures, were placed in the Library on 21st November.
