§ Mr. John MorrisI paid an official visit to Brussels in October, when I had discussions with Signor Giolitti, Commissioner for Regional Policy, and other Commissioners. In addition, I took the chair at the meeting of the Council of Ministers (Social Affairs) in Luxembourg in June. My hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State visited Brussels in March to attend the Council of Ministers (Agriculture and Fisheries).
