§ Mr. Roderickasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether he intends to transfer the ownership of factories from the Welsh Development Agency to the Development Board for Rural Wales.
§ Mr. John MorrisYes. Under Section 24 of the Development of Rural Wales Act I have today made an order transferring 50 industrial properties in the districts of Brecknock, Radnor, Montgomery, Meirionnydd and Ceredigion, and the factories erected on them, from the Welsh Development Agency to the Development Board for Rural Wales on 25th December 1977. The tenants of the transferred factories will enjoy the same rights and benefits and be subject to the same oblirelationship with the Welsh Development gations as is at present the case with their Agency.
