§ Mr. EnnalsYes. These frames can be provided by local authorities or, when required for treatment or aftercare, by health authorities. Local authorities have discretionary power to make a charge. The indications for provision of the wheeled types of walking frame are a matter for professional judgment. I will gladly look into any case of particular difficulty if the right hon.
