HC Deb 08 December 1977 vol 940 cc857-8W
Mr. Watkinson

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) how many beds in the Royal Gloucestershire Hospital are available for ENT treatment;

(2) what is the occupancy rate of beds in the ENT section of the Royal Gloucestershire Hospital.

Each of the above breakdowns can be further divided to show numbers of children (under 16) and adults 16–64, and 65 and over.

The registers do not provide complete coverage of the handicapped, but only of those of whom the local authority is aware. The Blind Register is considered to be a more complete record because of the benefits registration provides.
