§ Mr. McElhoneThe Muirmont to Moncrieffe Hill section of M90, which was brought fully into use on 29th November 1977. On a current estimate of total expenditure the outlay per mile at cost and 1977 prices would be £3.96 million and £4.19 million respectively.
§ Mr. Sillarsasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what plans he has over the next five years for road improvements on the A75 between Stranraer and Dumfries and on the A77 from Ayr to Stranraer.
