§ Dr. J. Dickson MabonThroughput of North Sea crude oil at Scottish refineries is published annually in the Scottish Abstract of Statistics. The 1977 Abstract is not yet available, but it will show that up to 30th June 1977 approximately 6 million tonnes of North Sea crude were refined in Scotland. This is about 20 per cent. of the total production from the United Kingdom sector of the North Sea up to that date.
