§ Mr. Sproatasked the Minister of Overseas Development to what other United Kingdom-based bodies her Department has given funds out of the funds for overseas aid to be spent wholly, or for the most part, in the United Kingdom, other than the £75,000 given by her Department to the Trades Union Congress.
