§ Mr. ShoreI have received the report of the Robinson Committee and it is being published today. I should like to thank Mr. Derek Robinson and his colleagues on the committee for having carried out such a thorough study of this difficult subject. The Government will now wish to consider the committee's recommendations prior to discussions with the local authority associations and others.
