§ Mr. Ridsdaleasked the Secretary of State for Trade whether the Merchant Shipping Bill mentioned in his Written Answer, Official Report, 21st March, 1977, c. 378, covering such matters as marine pilotage, is still in the course of preparation, in view of the fact that the Advisory Committee on Pilotage is in the 479W early stages of its work and has not yet made any representations.
§ Mr. Clinton DavisThe terms of reference of the Advisory Committee on Pilotage include working for early agreement on the content of future pilotage legislation. The Committee has been giving priority to this with a view to marine pilotage measures bing included in the Merchant Shipping Bill which is in course of preparation.
