§ 20. Mr. Welshasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what studies have been made on the effects of detrunking the A92, Dundee to Arbroath road and what improvements are planned for this particular road.
§ Mr. McElhoneDepartmental studies show that the proposed alternative inland trunk route is capable of improvement to a much higher standard than A92. No major improvements are planned for A92, and if it is de-trunked this would be a matter for the Tayside Regional Council.
