Mr. Wigley

asked the Secretary of State for Wales what representations he has received from Arfon Borough Council concerning the construction of bungalows for elderly persons at Talysarn, Gwynedd; and what answer he has given to these representations.

Yardstick approval was given in respect of this scheme on 30th December 1976. At the same time, certain changes in design detail were suggested to the council, to which it responded on 1st April 1977. A further letter agreeing to the amendments has now been sent to Arfon Borough Council.
