§ Miss Margaret JacksonIn common with other Government Departments my Department has appointed a departmental disabled persons officer who is responsible for ensuring that the code of practice governing the employment of registered disabled persons in Government Departments is complied with. There has been an encouraging increase recently in the number of RDPs employed in my Department and efforts are being made to achieve the 3 per cent. target as soon as possible.
