Mr. MacFarquhar

asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science how many potential teachers of (a) Russian, (b) Italian, (c) Spanish, (d) German, (e) French and (f) languages other than (a) to (e) graduated from teacher training colleges in 1966, 1970 and 1976, respectively.
