§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will issue a directive to the Welsh National Water Development Authority instructing it to purchase fishing rights on Afon Dwyfawr currently on sale, in order to rent the fishing to the local angling association, and prevent it falling into private ownership that would restrict local persons' rights to fish the river.
