§ Mr. Staintonasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what progress he has made in reviewing the adequacy and personnel of agricultural land tribunals with regard to their new duties in relation to the succession of farm tenancies; and of how many cases of disputed succession he is so far aware.
§ Mr. StrangNo cases have been considered by agricultural land tribunals so far, but a total of 24 firm applications had been received by mid-March. I am confident that the tribunals will deal with family succession cases with their customary efficiency.
