§ Mr. Warrenasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will report on the progress of the consideration by the European Commission of the implications of the ruling of the Court of Justice in case 167/74 which laid down that the general rules of the Treaty of Rome applied to air transport.
§ Mr. Clinton DavisI think the hon. Member is referring to case 167/73. The Commission has held a number of meetings with member States to consider the implications of this ruling. These discussions will continue when we have further proposals from the Commission.
