§ Mr. MillanIn these matters the Scottish Office as a whole, and the Scottish Economic Planning Department in particular, works in close consultation with the Departments of my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Industry and for Employment, and public bodies in Scotland, including the Scottish Development Agency and the Highlands and Islands Development Board. Staff at all levels are engaged on this work as part of their general duties.
