- (i) Assistance to tourism projects under Section 4 has been restricted to development areas;
- (ii) Grants to assist hotel development under Part II were payable at special rates in development areas before 1st April 1973, after which no further applications were admissible.
The Secretaries of State for Scotland and Wales are responsible for the administration of the Act in Scotland and Wales, respectively.
