§ Mr. Alfred MorrisI am glad to announce that I have recently authorised payment of a grant to the association amounting to £133,400 over a period of four years commencing next January. This is designed to enable the association to set up pilot courses to train people in manual communication skills and also to publish a definitive book of British sign language.
