§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales what is the formula on which the block allocation of resources will be made for the year 1977–78 to the district councils of Wales for housing finance.
§ Mr. Alec JonesThis is at present the subject of discussion with the Council for the Principality. I understand the council has recommended acceptance of the Department's proposals to its member authorities, who have until 29th October to make their views known.
