§ 35. Mr. Ioan Evansasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will make a statement about the latest estimates of the likely production of the British Petroleum Forties oilfield and other offshore oilfields by the end of 1977 and 1980.
§ Dr. J. Dickson MabonI welcome the increased production from the Forties field. Total production from the North Sea in 1977 and 1980 will depend on the performance of all the fields, not only Forties. Current estimates are to be found in the Brown Book, which was published in May.
