§ The PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE, DEPARTMENT of the ENVIRONMENT (Baroness Birk)A temporary building has been erected in the grounds of Lancaster House to provide office accommodation for delegates attending the three major conferences to be held there during the period January until July 1977. It will then be dismantled and moved for re-use to another site. The contract cost of £200,000 includes an estimate for dismantling and transporting to any site within a 50-mile radius.
