§ Mr. Reidasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on the arrangements which exist for the co-ordination of the work of the Scottish Home and Health Department and the Scottish Education Department in developing policies for the treatment of offenders; and whether he is satisfied that such arrangements are effective.
