§ Mr. FreesonPrecise figures are not available, but a recent sample check suggests that most housing and rating authorities now use combined application forms and that others are considering doing so. The use of a combined form was recommended in DOE Circular 41/74 issued on 15th March 1974, and authorities were reminded of this in a recent circular letter.
