§ Mr. Hoyleasked the Secretary of State for Defence why a distributor of foreign 28W cars is being given facilities to advertise Russian cars, at attractive terms, on notice boards at Army camps.
§ Mr. Robert C. BrownGoods and services are advertised on notice boards at Army camps at the discretion of commanding officers. There is no regulation that forbids the advertisement of foreign goods or services, and it is unlikely that a commanding officer would discriminate against an advertisement solely because it concerned a foreign product.
