§ Mr. Loveridgeasked the Secretary of State for Defence in how many cases the next of kin of the 65 reservists who were killed by accident on duty during the period from 1966 to October 1976 would have been debarred from claiming compensation from the Government owing to the operation of Section 10 of the Crown Proceedings Act 1947.
§ Dr. GilbertIt appears very probable that, had any common law claims been made as a result of the deaths referred to, they would have been barred by Section 10 of the Crown Proceedings Act 1947.
