§ Mr. OakesSome progress has been made on most parts of the Action Programme set out in the Resolution of 9th February 1976 (R/263/76). The Education Ministers of the Nine met on 29th November to take stock of developments and to consider the report and the draft Resolution to which I referred in my answer of 8th November to a Question by my hon. Friend—[Vol. 919,c. 22]—Consideration of an instrument on the education of migrant workers' children (R/2085/75) is continuing and will be on the agenda of a meeting of the Council (Social Affairs) on 9th December.
No proposals for regulations on education have been made.
