§ Mr. MoyleArea health authorities in England have discretion to select projects for joint financing in consultation with the local authorities concerned. They are required to notify details to me only if the project requires capital expenditure exceeding £50,000, while local authorities notify details only if they require loan approval. Projects about which I have received full information to date are:
§ Mr. MoyleNo clinical trial certificates under the Medicines Act have been issued in respect of this vaccine, nor has the licensing authority received notification of any such trial. There may, however, be cases where a doctor is 981W administering a specially prepared vaccine to his own patient. Neither certificate nor notification is required in such a case.
