§ Mr. MoyleIt is part of the standard procedure for notification to be given of the date, time and place of a proposed examination of a patient by one of the Department's dental officers, whether or not the examination is a rearranged one. It is not possible without inordinate expenditure of resources to identify any occasions on which a dentist may not have received such a notification.
