§ Mr. Silvesterasked the Minister for the Civil Service how many civil servants are currently employed in Scotland, Wales and in each of the eight English regions which are served by regional economic planning councils; how many civil servants are currently employed in the London area as classified in the Hardman Report of 1974; and what were the figures for each of these categories for the past five years.
