§ Dr. SummerskillThe Farriers Registration Council is already discussing with my officials proposals for the amendment of the qualifications for registration prescribed in this Act, Section 16 of which is not yet in force. If the hon. Member will let us have details of the amendments he proposes, I undertake to convey these to the council.
