§ Mr. Cordleasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what is his policy towards the proposals made by the Committee on Social and Health Questions of the Council of Europe that there should be established and recognised an international medical expenses form; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. MoyleThese proposals are currently being considered by the Committee of Ministers' Deputies of the Council of Europe, but their practical and financial implications have yet to be examined. My right hon. Friend and I are, of course, entirely in sympathy with the general aim of making urgent medical care more accessible to persons visiting other countries.
