§ Mr. Maxwell-Hyslopasked the Attorney-General by what independent person or body appeals against a report by the Public Trustee to order that negligent or dilatory trustees or executives shall personally bear the cost of an investigation or audit pursuant to Section 15(3) of the Public Trustee Act 1906 are heard; and whether the public are admitted to such hearings.
§ The Attorney-GeneralA person aggrieved by a decision of the Public Trustee under Section 13(5) of the Public Trustee Act 1906 has a right to apply to the court under Section 10 of the Act. Such an application is normally to the High Court, in which case it is made to a judge of the Chancery Division in Chambers and the public are not admitted.
