§ Mr. ArmstrongNo direct representations have been received about the Clorius meter system from tenants' associations. In response to a request from the National Consumer Council early this year my Department provided information about the Clorius meter. It is, of course, for local authorities to decide whether or not to meter a district heating scheme.
