§ Mr. Les Huckfield"Business Monitors" are published and sold by Her Majesty's Stationery Office, which has no need to keep detailed sales records for each individual title. To provide such records would create a disproportionate194W amount of work. The "Business Monitor" series is a cheap and efficient way of making available to the business community and to the public statistics which are collected primarily for Government use. As to measuring the demand, it is known that some 450,000 monthly and quarterly "Production Monitors" are sold each year.
