86Wamong school leavers. On Merseyside the numbers have fallen by 5,582–42 per cent.; in Kirkby by 329–36 per cent.; and in Ormskirk by 60–63 per cent. Although the current situation still gives cause for concern, with the assistance of the measures introduced by the Government the numbers entering employment or training should continue to increase.
