§ 21. Mr. Geraint Howellsasked the Secretary of State for Industry if he will make a statement about the recommendations contained in the Bolton Report.
§ Mr. Cryer50 of the Bolton Report's 56 recommendations to Government were accepted and have been acted on. The remainder have not been implemented because they were either unacceptable in principle or regarded as impracticable.
