§ Mr. MoyleI attach great importance to the arrangements for joint planning between health and local authorities as a means of improving services to the community. Joint financing is an integral part of these arrangements. We are currently reviewing the arrangements in the light of the comments we have received on the consultative circular. It is premature to make a judgment on progress, but the indications are that the arrangements are generally welcome.
